Refund & Cancellation Policy

Services Covered

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all hair and makeup services provided by Gerta Lila at Le Vigne Hair Salon, 644 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310.

Bookings & Payment

At this time, I do not take deposits for appointments.
Payment for your service is due at the end of your appointment, according to the salon’s payment methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows me to reorder my schedule and offer the spot to another client. 

Late Arrivals

Because hair and makeup services are based on professional time and products, payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your result, please let me know before you leave the salon or contact me within 48 hours. I will do my best to offer a reasonable adjustment, in line with Le Vigne Hair Salon’s policies.

Product

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair and makeup products cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit, according to the salon’s rules.
