The services shown on this website are for in-person hair and makeup appointments at Le Vigne Hair Salon or other locations agreed in advance (for example, on-site bridal or event services). 1. Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be requested online, by phone, or in person.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability; your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

This allows us to offer the time to another client on our waiting list.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in us refusing future bookings.
3. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on the website are a guide and may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, or any extra services requested during your visit.

Any final price will be confirmed with you before we start the service.

Payment is taken in person at the salon on the day of your appointment. We do not currently process payments through this website.
4. Hair Condition, Color Results & Extensions

We always do our best to achieve the look you request, but results can vary based on your natural hair, previous color, and overall hair condition.

You must inform us about any previous chemical treatments, color, or extensions.

We cannot guarantee an exact match to inspiration photos, but we will explain what is realistically possible and safe for your hair.

For extensions, we work carefully to blend them with your natural hair, but proper at-home care is your responsibility.
5. Allergies, Sensitivities & Patch Tests

Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your hair or skin before we begin any service.

A patch test may be recommended for certain color or makeup products.

If you do not share important health or allergy information, we cannot be held responsible for reactions that occur.
6. Children & Guests

Children’s haircuts are available, but a parent or legal guardian must be present for minors.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, we may limit the number of additional guests who accompany you to your appointment.
7. Photos & Social Media

We love to share our work. With your verbal or written consent, we may take photos or videos of your hair or makeup to use on our website or social media.

If you do not wish to be photographed or tagged, simply tell us and we will fully respect your choice.
